Surf fishing (Santa Monica Bay)

Surf fishing was GREAT today. Our secret spot produced this jackpot Perch 15 3/4″ this was one of many he caught on sunday (1/4 mile west of Gladstones resturant on PCH.)

Back to Will Rodgers Beach

Fishing was good in the morning, then slowed up at 9:00am. I caught a nice Corvina about 4lbs. Great fight with 8lbs line and ghost shrimp for bait. Lots of small perch but its still early in the season, so it will get a lot better when the weather gets right. Something to remember: […]
